Shizenkan University

Join Professor Patrick Newell, Author of Strategies for Keeping Japan #1 (日本が「世界一」を守り抜く戦略) and one of the prominent visionaries in Japan, at this free webinar to learn more about future skills and how you can align yourself for an unknown future.

The future is becoming the present at an accelerated pace, especially during this past year. The world is thinking about how to move forward and the skills necessary to navigate during these very uncertain times.

The challenge is that most people have limited knowledge about future skills or how to nurture them. It is difficult to reach your potential if you lack awareness or understanding. As a future leader, it is essential to understand your strengths/weaknesses and build your team to enable the highest creative collective intelligence level.

During this open class, Patrick will share different future skills frameworks and some practical assessments to help you better understand yourself. This class's key objective is for the participants to utilize what they learned and to think about how they can redesign their current job or career.
